Keeping our studio safe, respectful, and fun for everyone.
No baggy clothing, jeans, or jewelry. Hair must be secured away from the face for all classes.

Attendance
Consistent attendance is essential — tardiness and absences affect the entire group. If your student must miss a class, please notify us in advance through the parent portal. Missed classes are not refunded or prorated.
Withdrawal
Students are expected to complete the full season. Withdrawals are permitted before December 1, 2026 via email to info@innovationdanceva.com — no remaining payments will be required and no costume will be ordered. After December 1, 2026, the remainder of yearly tuition is due immediately and students retain their ordered costume.
Weather Closures
When Hanover County Schools cancel evening activities due to weather, Innovation Dance will follow suit. Closure decisions are announced by 3:00 PM on the affected day via our social media and the parent portal. Make-up sessions may be scheduled in spring if needed.
Student Conduct
Students must respect instructors and fellow dancers at all times. No gum, food, or drinks inside the studio — water bottles are the exception. Cell phones are not permitted during class. Students should use restroom facilities before or after class when possible.
Injury Liability
Innovation Dance does not carry medical insurance for its students and is not responsible for injuries incurring during classes or performances. All students participate at their own risk.
Spring Recital 2027
Performance dates: May 13–15, 2027 at Benedictine College Preparatory. Venue details and additional information will be shared as the date approaches. All enrolled students are expected to participate.
