A 2004 Marketing and Creative Advertising graduate of VCU, Ragen began dancing at the age of 3. A vocal and drama performer throughout high school and college, she's pursued her love of the arts all of her life. Most recently, she instructed at Kim's School of Dance for the last 15 years in ballet, tap, jazz/hip hop for ages 3 and up. In addition to dance, Ragen is active in the community, serving the Glen Allen Ravens Football and Cheerleading Association's Board of Directors for the last 9 years as Director at Large and Cheer Director. She also enjoys working with the local non-profit M.A.M.A.S on the Move, where she transports sheltered dogs to their forever homes around the state of Virginia. Ragen lives in Glen Allen with her husband Chris, two daughters Camdyn (15) and Kenley (10) and their three dogs, Scarlett, Chevy, and Marley.

Mandie began her dance career at New York’s Mary Lourdes Academy, training in ballet, jazz, tap, pointe, lyrical, and hip hop dance. During those years she competed up and down the East Coast, winning many regional and state titles for the Academy across the spectrum of those dance styles. She has performed in full dance adaptations of the stories of Peter Pan, Cinderella, and Alice in Wonderland. She has served as choreographer and captain of dance teams, choreographed for local school dance teams, and has trained with Universal Dance Association. Most recently, Mandie has spent the last three years completely focused on Hip Hop dance and training, teaching six levels of hip hop as a Senior dance instructor. When not teaching, Mandie is a wife, stay at home mom of three, and loves cooking, shopping, exercise, and continuing her education and development of hip hop dance!
